📝 My creative process

<aside> 🔍 Research During my first days with the company, I conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to understand how other companies act.

I start by looking at corporate reports to see if there are any pre-modeled assumptions.

Then, I talk with stakeholders to understand their needs. Additionally, I try to find user interviews or data that can provide an overview of the customers.

<aside> 💡 Concept After understanding the business goals and the competition, I move on to creating a concept that includes creating user flows and wireframes on tools like Figma or Adobe XD to perform user testing and validate the idea.

Once the concept is validated, I move on to the design phase where I apply the style guide and create a high-fidelity prototype to conduct another round of tests. Finally, I create the entire documentation with the experience guideline, IA, and style guide.

<aside> 📊 Development The last part of my process usually is delivering all the assets to the development team.

I also do A/B tests whenever possible and create assumptions to understand the user's behavior inside the product.

I look at the analytics data and then I do reviews to share with the team and validate if we need any adjustments or not.
